This Privacy Policy describes how Customi Game Studio ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game "PicPlay: 2 Player Mini Games" (the "Game").

Your photos never leave your device. When you personalize a game piece, all image processing happens locally on your phone — we never upload, transmit, or store your photos on our servers.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Photos: If you choose to use a custom photo as your game marker or custom gameplay image (available in several of the mini games, such as Tic Tac Toe, Pic Matching, Pica Fall, Pic Pop, Pic Hero, Pic Breakout and Pic Slide), the photo is processed and stored locally on your device only. We do NOT upload, transmit, or store your photos on our servers.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: We collect device identifiers (Advertising ID), device model, operating system version, and app version through Firebase Analytics.
  • Usage Data: Game events, play time, level completion, and in-game actions are collected via Firebase Analytics for improving the gameplay experience.
  • Crash Reports: Technical data about app crashes is collected via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve stability.

1.3 Advertising Data

  • Ad Interactions: Google AdMob collects data for serving advertisements, including:
    • Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
    • IP address (approximate location)
    • Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
    • Device characteristics

1.4 Notifications (Local Reminders)

  • The Game can send local reminder notifications (for example, a friendly daily suggestion to play one of the mini games).
  • These notifications are scheduled and generated entirely on your device. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data to deliver them, and we do NOT use push tokens or send them from our servers.
  • On Android 13 (API 33) and above, and on iOS, the Game asks for your permission before showing notifications. If you decline, the Game works normally without them.
  • The content is generic gameplay information and contains no personal or sensitive data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Improve game performance and fix bugs
  • Analyze gameplay patterns and optimize game design
  • Serve advertisements through Google AdMob
  • Send local reminder notifications to help you re-engage with the Game (no personal data is used or transmitted for this)
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. Your Choices

5.1 Photo Access

  • You can choose NOT to use custom photos. Custom gallery photo selection is optional.
  • No camera permissions are requested. Only local gallery file picking is used.

5.2 Personalized Ads

  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • iOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking

5.3 Delete Data

  • Uninstalling the Game removes all local data. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 2 months of inactivity.

5.4 Notifications

  • Notifications are optional. You can turn daily reminder notifications on or off at any time from the in-game Settings.
  • You can also disable them from your device settings — Android: Settings > Apps > PicPlay > Notifications; iOS: Settings > Notifications > PicPlay.
  • Declining or disabling notifications does not affect any other feature of the Game.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Our Game is suitable for all ages. We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us at horoscopicchart@gmail.com.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA):

  • We collect and process data based on your consent.
  • You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the Game.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

  • Analytics Data: Retained for up to 2 months after your last activity
  • Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days
  • Local Photos: Stored on your device only, deleted when you uninstall

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Game, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by displaying a notice in the Game or updating the "Last Updated" date.
